The eThekwini Municipality is rolling out a large-scale spatial transformation projects in partnership with the private sector. The investment value for these projects are usually more than R500million and they contribute substantially to job creation and economic growth in the region.
EThekwini is poised for massive economic growth from several catalytic projects that are underway and progressing well. They are earmarked to boost the Municipality’s rates base, transform the local spatial footprint, and create many employment and business opportunities.
