The eThekwini Municipality is calling on the public to comment on the IDP Draft Process Plan for the 2024 / 2025 financial year. This is in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act (MSA) read in conjunction with Section 21 of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA).  The Draft Process Plan specifies timeframes, actions, procedures and appropriate mechanisms for public participation and alignment. 

The document will be available on the Municipality’s website: www. durban.gov.za from the: 21st August 2023, The closing date for comments for the Draft Process Plan is: 19th September 2023
